Return Policy

Most of our suppliers have a 30 day return policy.  If you receive a defective product or are unhappy with our products for any reason, you may return them directly to the manufacturer, or contact us and we can help you schedule the return for a full refund.

Backorder Policy

Some items may be temporarily out of stock if the manufacturer runs out of a particular product.  You will always have the option to cancel a product order if you change your mind.

Shipping Policies

Boot Bootique offers free shipping on all orders.  Most products ship within 3 business days, unless specified in the product detail.  Most items are shipped via UPS or U. S. Post Office.   Actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS zone (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed)   

Damaged Goods Policy

Products that have a manufacturer defect are to be returned directly to the manufacturer and are covered under the manufacturer warranty.  Products that are damaged by a shipping carrier are to be replaced or covered by the shipping carrier itself.  Damaged merchandise  can always be returned for a refund or exchange.
